    This is the most convenient app you get to see your balance your pay off your interest I’m enjoying this Mercedes me app
  • Great while it works!

    This is a great app. It gives you all your information regarding your payment schedule, payoff info, and contract information. However, half the time it sends me to their website stating that I am the co-borrower and therefore doesn’t display my info on the app. Apparently you need two separate id’s for Mercedes Me and Mercedes Finance for the same vehicle. But once you’re in, it’s great!

  • Issue with Payment

    I purchased the car and it gives me an issue with the payment on my account. I have to login to the cosigners account in order to make my payment.
  • Issue with app upgrade

    It worked great till august upgrade. Now it’s not usable at all. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, I get the same message that I need to update. Very annoying. Does this mean my car is free? 🙃
  • App not working!

    Worked great for a time but now telling me I need updates. I look for updates and it just puts me I. A loop. I deleted and reinstalled and the same thing happens. Right now, it’s completely useless and I need it right now - so zero stars would be appropriate.
  • App won’t let me in because Update

    Update screen comes on in app and only takes me to iOS store that tells me to open app. Thus starting a vicious cycle. Cmon devs. Get better with your releases.
  • Update loop

    There is an issue with the new version. Keeps getting stuck with the app asking for an update. Reloaded and same problem occurs.

  • App doesn’t work

    Right after downloading asks me to update the app but there’s no option to update on the App Store. It says I have the current version. I already went through some reviews and probable solutions offered by the support team but neither of them works. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling etc. still asks to update! Why make an app if ultimately you’d suggest the customer to open it on the browser.
    This is crazy, not at all supportive tech.

  • Worked once and that’s it

    Used it once and then poof! Stops working. Apparently there’s a new version, but it won’t install. Not a good customer experience.
  • App says update but it’s most current

    App says update to the current version but I’m running the current version and I have to use desktop site now…..
