App hasn’t been working this whole month
I can only access the app if I create a new user ID. As soon as I exit out of that session, I can no longer get in the app. It says “Request failed, things don’t appear to be working at the moment. please try again later”. Well, I’ve been trying all month. The app doesn’t even try to load it just denied my connection. I reinstalled multiple times and nothing seems to change it. This app was preventing me from making my car payments, I had to reach out directly which was very frustrating.Report issue:
At the top right corner you will find “app support” click on that.
Log into your account>>> email customer service with the issue so they are well aware of the app not functioning properly. Please be descriptive with what you experience when logging into the app.

Love the app. It does everything I need without any issues. The only problem I have and would like to know why when I open the app, can’t see the car because it has a black cover on it. If you check the Mercedes me Finance app demonstration, it shows the car model.
