The Hopeful App Gives Me Hope
this app is genuinely amazing. not only can you track your mood for specific days, it also let’s you have your own personal journal right on your phone. there are many blogs for many different mental health scenarios, so no matter what you’re going through, there is an article to help you feel somewhat less alone, and help you to figure out why you feel the way you do. self care is very important these days and i find this a quick and easy way to take better care of yourself, even if you’re only on the app for 2 minutes a day! i highly recommend this app to anyone who feels like they’re struggling in their day to day life

This app is amazing and I whoever created it! I learned about this app through propeller, which if you saw in other reviews it’s a website that gives you links to support many different causes and you can earn points and rewards!!
Anyways back to the app. This app is awesome it’s such a good way to check in with yourself for the day and really get you thinking about how you feel. They have good questions to ask yourself and many links to articles and videos about mental health and ways to improve it or just other peoples stories to relate to! Would 1000% recommend!!!

Prioritizing Mental Health Anywhere You Are
I love this app because it gives me the option to take my journal on the go! Whenever I feel like I need to document my feelings, check in with myself or just let off some steam, I can do so right from my phone with The Hopeful. My favorite feature is the mood check-in. I can hold myself accountable and keep tabs on how I’m doing. It’ll also be really cool to look back on my entries from a birds-eye view at the end of a month.

Easy and helpful
One thing I look for in an app is how user friendly it is. I was able to navigate the app and learn its functions quickly and easily. My favorite part of the app is the journal. It really helps you to look at yourself honestly and give feedback and reminders of your value so that on tough days you can look back at it and be reminded of the positives, growth you have made, or to see that after lows there are highs.

Very Easy to use and helped me trough a rough time.
I have no money at the current moment due to car troubles and felt like a horrible person for reaching out tire help to my family and my family in law because I feel like I shouldn’t be their problem and seeing in big, bold lettering on the main page “you are not a burden” made me start crying because I’ve always felt like one. It seemed like a word from the universe that I belong. Thank you.

This app is very easy to use. When it comes to journaling, you simply click on the emoticon that most closely resembles your mood for the day, then you answer the short prompt. It could be anything from a quote that uplifts you or things you can do to take care of yourself for the day. The prompts never put focus on your bad moments, only on ways you can uplift yourself, which I adore. The app also provides a plethora of articles, each focusing on mental health. They even have some specifically for LGBTQ+ folx. Overall, this is a great and easy app to use when you want to keep track of your mental health and discover ways to not make your bad days who you are.

Honestly.
Really I just had to make another review because my other one wasn’t enough to express my gratitude. This app is insanely helpful for someone like me who struggles to take care of myself and love myself. Honestly I love the writing portion too, as a writer myself it’s such a helpful tool. I’ve never been good at coming up with practice prompts for myself, but with this I don’t have to!! Not only are these exercises really useful, but they also help me improve myself mentally!! Having something to vent my frustrations out on is such a great feeling!!! Thank you so much. ❤️❤️
