  • What I’ve been missing!

I’ve had this app for a little bit and I must say that I don’t regret it one bit. Most often, my days blend together, but with this, I’ve been able to see how my mood fluctuates and I can recall how my day went based on what I’ve responded. I also feel like I can be honest with myself on the short stimulus questions that follow. The various amounts of inclusive resources makes me feel seen and they are quite helpful. The daily encouraging message also makes me smile when I see it along with all the other inspiring messages in the app. I would recommend this app a thousand times over for people who like to journal/track their patterns of any kind.
  • Super helpful!

I’ve been going through a rough time mentally recently but this app I’ve stumbled upon has helped my mental state so much. I love how it helps me express and reflect on how I’ve been feeling. This can be from mood check ins to journaling. It’s always good to have an outlet to express how one’s feeling at the moment. I also love the consistent support the app offers for anyone struggling. It provides reassurance and positive affirmations to help us feel better about ourselves. This app is really great to have when you’re in need of a boost!
