After the recent update my printer won’t workstwil11
Can’t print because the app doesn’t have access to the photos
Not sure what happened but this app is broken. It will not see my photos to print. What happened?EhSpeed

For the life of me this WILL NOT connect via Bluetooth.
Will not.
I use the old app, IF the printer connects it immediately tells me I have to use the new version.
POOF! There goes the Bluetooth connection. I am so frustrated the whole printer might be going back. Kodak has one last chance to respond to the request I submitted before I’m done.
**I have spent 20 hrs or so over the course of 2 weeks trying and researching, installing and uninstalling, turning Bluetooth on and off, turning printer on and off, disconnecting all other Bluetooth devices… 🤬BeccWarny

Cant proceed without giving access to mic
I don't need this app to have access to my mic. Gave it access to camera and photos, that makes sense, but without access to the mic it refuses to move forward with setup.
We’re fortunate the other app for instant printing still works - Kodak, please be responsible and test your new apps to make sure they work and don't have sketchy privacy issues like above before attempting to push us over to a new app.TylerC101

It won’t print! I literally checked the connection so many times and it’s connected but when I push the big “print” button, it doesn’t do anything. All the other buttons work, just not that one.how am i shoposed to post tvis

It stinks to have to write a bad review for a product, but this is the second Kodak product I’ve purchased that was awful quality (small insta heat printer and Instant Dock Printer).
Both products yield terrible quality prints regardless of high quality image resolution. The quality for both products was so bad, I feel like I wasted my money.
If you haven’t unboxed your product yet, take it back, ask for a refund, and go with HP for mini prints.Andy Chuck's iMac

Microphone access required???
You NEED access to ALL my photos and my camera…don’t like it but fine. But more I am “denied access” to the app because I won’t grant access to my microphone. Please explain why you need access to my microphone to print my photos. I will be returning this product because now I can’t use it.jes.gio
