More consistent than ever with exercise thanks to Evlo!
I used to be a group exercise junkie and never saw results and had so many aches and pains! I’m a health and physiology nerd and the education you get in these workouts is so valuable. They put so much into programming the workouts so you hit all muscle groups yet I always feel so empowered on how to modify my workouts (press pause and add more reps until I’m cooked, modify with a more activating move all together, or take a mini class or REST). I’ve been able to continue my workouts throughout pregnancy thanks to the cues/modifications they give in the regular programming plus having access to all the prenatal and pregnancy friendly workouts in one place. Can’t say enough about this program! Huge thanks to S+P for the heart, mind, and soul they put into Evlo.

So glad I found Evlo
Evlo has completely changed my mindset about fitness along with the FBHJ podcast. Shannon and Payton are the best and give helpful cues throughout the entire workout. I have learned so much and don’t feel like I have to workout for hours each day. I have tried multiple fitness programs/apps and nothing has compared. I have always been athletic and exercised, I’ve tried a variety of workout types in the past 10 years (once college athletics ended) to include heavy lifting, yoga, Pilates, barre, supersets, etc. My body reacts best to pilates/barre but I felt like I was getting weaker as the weeks passed. I’ve been doing Evlo for 3 months and have already seen results and look forward to the workouts. I love how there’s only 1 HIIT class per week, I don’t have to emotionally prepare myself for a draining workout.
If anyone is hesitant because the cost is higher than the average fitness app, Evlo is worth it. It isn’t just a fitness program, it provides education material and education throughout the workouts.

Burns so good!
I’ve been doing Evlo consistently for about 4 months and have really noticed a difference in my body I feel stronger and I don’t feel as exhausted or fatigued. I was doing a lot of classes previously with some weight training mixed in. With the stresses of life and adding in 60-90 minute super intense workouts, my nervous system was shot and I was dealing with a variety of health issues. While learning how to calm my nervous system to improve the abundance of issues related to PCOS, I saw a friend recommended Evlo on social media. It took some time for me to fully get into it because I love the energy of in person classes, but once I became more consistent I started to crave doing these workouts and leave the others for a rare occasion and have noticed a big difference in how I feel. Love Shannon and Peyton and how much knowledge and effort they put into this! So worth it

AMAZING!!!
So i was in a workout rut for over a year after working with a trainer and just completely decimating my body and feeling all different sorts of joint pain with every workout and I’m only 27. My back specifically would hurt - low back with Leg Day and my upper back/trap area with upper body. When I found Evlo I didn’t actually try a workout for a few months because I was skeptical something joint friendly would help me build muscle, and I only wish I would’ve tried it sooner. I’m a total believer and love the classes. After a week or so i was not only motivated to keep up with the program but my back pain was getting better!! Ive been doing it now for about 2 months and I’m seeing great gains and never feeling any pain. I’m so thankful for EVLO.

Nothing but good things to say!
Evlo has been such an incredible switch in my workout routine. Coming from the injury prone, heavy lifting world — my body feels better than it has in a long time. I’ve noticed both a physical and mental switch in my brain that fitness isn’t one size fits all, you can have a gentler approach without over doing it, you’ll still so results. On top of the program itself, I find Shannon and Payton to be SO refreshing in the world of fitness and “influencing”. They are real, they keep bloopers in their videos, and I will laugh out loud with them and their goofiness. They are not about perfection in an industry and world that so often is (especially in this day and age). Craving more of this realness across all of social and in my everyday, and they bring it!

Been doing only the evlo program for close to two years coming off of recovering from a back injury & I’ve never looked back! Not only have I not been injured since doing evlo but I have finally been able to workout consistently and achieve muscle growth. Fantastic trainers, amazing workouts, mindful, effective strength training without wearing you down. Simply the best!

If you're looking to increase your muscle mass, and not destroy your body, this is it. As a retired crossfitter, and someone who tended to overdo it, this was perfect for me. I got a body mass scan which showed I have more muscle mass than 87% of my peers! I'm 60! *update - my most recent scan had my muscle mass up to 91% more than my peers!* I've been doing Evlo for two years. Try the free month – you'll be hooked! The fab instructors remind us not to show up out of guilt and shame, and I love that.

Finally loving working out!
Evlo is so different. I love learning why the selected exercises are better for my body than what I spent years doing in the gym. I’m loving seeing the difference between effective and exhaustive. My back has less pain and I’m feeling stronger! Thank you!

Worth every penny
I just joined this app and I’m blown away by all the information and variety of workouts. I have been lifting weights for 23 years and I was feeling burnt out and I suffered a back injury from overtraining. I had been looking for a new program to start after doing rehab for my back. I was scared of injuring myself again but I came across this fitness app and I just started with the foundation program to slowly work my way back into strength training. I’m really enjoying the content!
