Had no idea working out could feel so good

I’ve been using EVLO for a few weeks now and have been loving it! I came from doing intense cardio based (HIIT) classes 6 days a week for an hour plus feeling like I had to restrict and sprinkle in even more cardio throughout the day to feel my best. Getting used to this slow and steady body recomposition plan has been an adjustment, but my body has never felt better! Both Shannon and Peyton are so knowledgeable and positive- it’s the best start to my day. I don’t find myself reaching for my pre-workout and giving myself a pep talk every morning before working out anymore. I wake up and slowly ease into the EVLO workouts and finish it feeling refreshed and content with my movement. Highly recommend to anyone who feels like they’re over stressing their body working out just to maintain 🙌🏼

I’m building muscle mass!

I’m 50 years old and I’m building muscle mass thanks to EVLO! I’ve been active and fit my entire life. I was very disciplined with the Tracy Anderson Method for 10 + years, but my joints weren’t happy and 1-2 hours a day was too much. After only 18 months working out with EVLO 4-5 times a week my body feels better, my joints are healthier and I have more muscle mass. My goal is to age well and to do that I need EVLO. I love how the trainers focus on our form and explain why we do each move in this manner. Honestly, it’s a great workout. I’m so grateful that I found it.

LOVE!

I’m an ex dancer with bad knees that have been made worse over the years through rigorous HIIT workouts. I never thought I’d find a fitness program that focused on lifting weights that also didn’t come with constant knee aggravation and feeling stressed and depleted during and post workout. After my first week of foundations on Evlo I was so excited and actually looking forward to the workouts. I am so thankful to have found a fitness routine that focuses on and incorporates weight lifting for muscle building in a very manageable way!

This program is worth every penny!

I have waited a few months to submit this review. I have a habit of bouncing around between programs. No more. I am a former marathon runner and group fitness class junkie. I know weight lifting is good for me but I struggle to lift on my own and have a history of back pain that limits me. Evlo is the perfect program for me. The lifts are gentle but effective! The sprinkled in cardio plus the intentional variety of classes and fabulous instructors make me SO happy! I am working hard and having fun! I love everything about this program. It is worth every penny to have an effective workout program that I truly look forward to!

the importance of building muscle

I’m 67. I’ve been an athlete and lover of moving all my life. Dr. Shannon Ritchie (youngster that she is : ) has convinced me of the importance of strength training for muscle hypertrophy as I age. Shannon’s thirst for knowledge and the finely-tuned program that is EVLO have increased my appreciation of and ability to stay consistent with these gentle-tough workouts. I love Shannon and Payton and their message. Strong muscles, happy joints. Love your body. Good. That’s enough.

Top notch weight lifting

Top notch classes by highly educated people, who are physical therapists. They plan the workout week ahead of time so you have a full body workout without over doing anything throughout the week. Want cardio? Go for it. If not, don’t have to. Personalize your week. At home or gym options. Also has a foundations programs to introduce you to their most used and effective moves. Also has a nutrition module if you’re interested by a RD. Pay a monthly membership fee but you get a lot for it. Highly recommend.

Amazing!

The only workout app/plan that I have ever looked forward to doing! Each class challenges me without making me feel depleted. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the best workouts that are easy to consistently do and see change!

Finally found my lifestyle !

I’ve been active my whole life really, but once I became a mom that lifestyle became very challenging for me.
Aiming for at-home workouts, I’ve tried it ALL. The consistently is where I would fail. Thinking I had to go hard each workout or loading multiple muscles at a time made me exhausted just thinking about it.

Fast forward to a few weeks ago when I discovered Evlo.

The structure of the workouts and the science behind each move, helped me focus on quality over quantity and now I feel like I have something I can truly maintain and really fit into my busy mom life.

The workout program I’ve been searching for

This app and these instructors are a godsend. The way they approach exercise is so nurturing and I crave working out for the first time in a long time because of them! So happy I found EVLO. I have recommended it to multiple people and my sister now uses EVLO and loves it as well!

Total Burn without the Pain

I was a body abuser for years with excessive cardio and intense strength training that has left me with back problems. Finding Evlo has helped me immensely! I’m still not totally pain free but I’m getting there and my muscles are definitely getting a great workout. Thank you!
