If you want to change the way you do fitness and feel amazing then this is the platform for you. This method allows you to build yourself up without wearing and tearing your body down. Coming from a high intensity training program before, I was skeptical of what would happen when I didn’t exhaust myself every single day. The skepticism faded when I started seeing better results, sleeping better and getting no injuries. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done for my fitness and mental health. The instructors are so well informed and knowledgeable and they build out a schedule that is so easy to follow while offering challenges and strength building exercises that are packed with results. I for the longest time believed that to see results I needed to work out 60 minutes a day and end up in a puddle of sweat and be so sore the next day to have an effective workout. Turns out that you can workout less and see better results than you ever seen. My recommendation is to give it 2-3 months so you can really start to reap the benefits. I promise you’ll be so happy you did.

Gentle Consistency
I have been an EVLO member for a few years and it’s so simple and easy to stay consistent. I have never felt so strong and motivated from the classes and instruction. My joints feel solid and no longer give me pain. I never feel burned out or the exercises are not accessible. I recommend EVLO to everyone who wants a new exercise program! The EVLO team is just the best!

The best workout programllllll
I love Evlo so much. I’ve been doing their program for 3 years now. I’ve been able to be consistent throughout so many ups and downs, I’ve had great results in body composition, energy and most importantly it’s changed my relationship to exercise. Best workout plan
Needed a workout plan that helped me actually make progress and outline exactly what to do. Enter EVLO. The women are amazingly smart, explain everything so well, lots of modification options and even after years as a D1 track athlete I have learned so much about my breathing, core and technique that I wish I learned from my trainers back then! A fitness program that brings joy
I have been an Evlo member for two years now. I found Dr Shannon on Instagram and resonated with the messaging of Gentle Consistency after taking a break from exercise. I had been doing HIIT for years and was flat out exhausted. I highly recommend starting with the Foundations program. It set me up to understand the program and how to do the exercises correctly. Two years in, I feel strong, healthy, and committed to exercise with a entirely different mentality than I used to have. I also recently started incorporating the cardio classes and those alone make me so happy! It’s truly a joy to be doing a program that makes me feel so good and that I look forward to. I recommend Evlo to all of my friends and I hope the business continues to go because I would be devastated without it! The app is amazing, user friendly, and keeps getting better!

Truly Transformational Workouts
I have been an Evlo member for over a year and could not be more impressed. I’m a seasoned workout fanatic - I’ve tried it all from fitness apps to boot camp classes to personal trainer sessions to classpass. You name the type of workout and I’ve done it. Evlo transforms your body over time through dynamic and calculated movements, offering alternatives for what is most comfortable for your body (without sacrificing the burn). I have never had a healthier relationship with workouts and my body image than after months of Evlo - the trainers are doctors of physical therapy who make sure you get the best workout and the most effective burn, without putting stress on your joints or spending more than 40 minutes working out. It’s amazing - my body composition has changed to be leaner and stronger and I have received so many positive compliments. Most importantly, I feel strong and beautiful in my own skin and believe that I am supporting my body as opposed to tearing it down.
