Love the app! So easy to use. Workouts are well balanced and taught in a fun and easy to follow way.

This is a fantastic platform & very well constructed programme. Over the past two years I’ve gone from endless injuries and pain / constant discomfort to feeling strong and infinitely better in my body. This!

As a former athlete who has struggled with injuries and only knew how to workout under the guidance of coaches, THIS is the program I’ve been waiting for. I started EVLO almost two years ago and it has replaced physical therapy, improved pelvic floor issues, and helped me change my body composition post baby #3. While the program isn’t advertised to cure any of these things, it is made by Doctors of Physical Therapy who are applying science and research to their program to very intentionally choose movements that gets results. Simple movements allow you to focus and engage the right muscle group, a program that takes the guess work out of choosing exercises so you know you are getting the right amount of work and rest for each muscle group of the body, and incorporating mobility and breathwork, make this the perfect program. Add in the extras like nutrition and educational content and EVLO is all you need. So thankful for this program and credit the gentle consistency of this work with my improved health. Grateful for all the thoughtfulness put into the new app as well 😊

Great program

Great program as it easily can adapt to life at any stage (coming from a mom of 2 young children). So glad I found it!

Easy to follow, motivating

I love that there is a grounding moment at the beginning and end of each workout, it makes it less daunting to get on your mat. I also love the trainers say "you've done enough" reminding you that workouts don't have to feel draining and exhausting. Thank you!

The complete package

I adore this fitness program! It’s the only app I’ve found that checks every box - I know all my muscles will be worked evenly and in a timely manner, using moves that are comfortable (specifically not hurting my sensitive knees or engaging my overactive upper traps). Cardio is scheduled in. Rest is scheduled in and actively encouraged. I also just love their vibe - the classes are reminiscent of pilates in the instructors’ calm thoughtful manner (I choose to not listen to the playlist) while still being serious lifting. When I’d make my own routine, I would get so frustrated trying to navigate condescending fitness content online that I’d regularly stop weightlifting all together and just do pilates even though that’s not enough for me anymore. Or I would do too much cardio and aggravate a long standing knee-injury. Or I would completely ignore certain muscle groups while overdoing others. I’ve never managed to create the simple, well rounded fitness routine of my dreams, even when I temporarily stopped using Evlo and tried to program something similar on my own to save money. The mental freedom and reclaimed free time I’ve gotten from sticking with Evlo is such a gift. I enjoy the classes and am confident that following this program long term will set me up for great health down the line. No overhead presses, burpees, or heavy squats needed!

I have been an Evlo member since 2020 when I found Dr. Shannon on Instagram. I have done so many different work out programs (I have tried them all) and this is THE one that has impacted my life the most. It’s the one where I am excited to actually work out The program just gets better and better. I get so excited to see new classes being added and I LOVE the knowledge that comes with each class. I love being supported in what is “best for MY body” in that moment. My new favourite phrase I use daily is “I have done enough”.
I want to say thank you thank you thank you for all the work you all have put in but a special thank you to the OG Shannon, your heart, humour and knowledge will always be treasured.

Love it!

Evlo approach has really changed my view on working out. I have been working out for years but never stuck to one thing and never had a very systemised approach. I really truly hate heavy cardio as it just doesn’t make me feel good, and it is great to just not feel obliged to do it to achieve good results. I also feel just more confident and much stronger than ever before. I used Evlo through a shoulder injury recovery and while having a broken wrist, and I could still manage to adapt the workouts to be efficient. Thank you!
