  • So bad I had to write a review

    I’ve never submitted an app review before, but this app is so horrible that I feel obligated to. Even when I’m in the same house and next door to my son’s room, the app won’t load the cameras and often states the camera is offline when it is obviously not. I bought this product because it offered an app in addition to a monitor, but the app is entirely unreliable, so you’re better off with an entirely different system. Complete trash.

  • App won’t connect

    Neely the most important app on my phone and it won’t connect so that I can check on my baby. I restarted my phone and deleted the app and re downloaded it, turned off WiFi/turned it back on, it should NEVER be this hard to connect
  • Not good

    The system itself isn’t bad that’s why I rated it two stars, the monitor it comes with is great but the upright stand gave out with in a month of use. The app is garbage, if I’m at work I can’t just open the app and see what’s going on because it takes days to load, even with five bars and full wifi connection it doesn’t load thus I can’t check in on baby using the camera’s app this also happens on my spouse’s phone so it isn’t just my phone. The sound notifications and or the movement notifications are a hit or miss on the app for example I was in the garage getting something and my phone didn’t receive any notifications and when I got back in the house my baby was in full rage mode in the crib. To conclude the monitor does what it’s meant to do but the app is complete garbage.

  • Seriously disappointed

    I can’t connect my cameras to my phone app… customer support is no help at all.

    300$ wasted because this don’t function properly. Also the handheld monitor is very quiet .. not helpful when your cleaning and trying to keep an eye on the baby using cameras
  • This app sold my email!!

    The app works great, and it flawlessly connected to the camera (PIP1610 HD Connect), but then I received 2 spam marketing emails within hours of creating a profile (name and email). Surrendering your email is required to use this app. What a joke. I used a fake name, and the spam emails were addressed to that fake name, so I know they were a result of giving this app my email. Do better, Motorola

  • Microphone issues

    Was working until I switched iPhones. Now microphone will not work from phone. It directs me to settings to turn it on, but Motorola Nursery isn’t listed there.
  • Never connects

    I have never been able to see video on the app. I always get a still picture with a loading symbol. We have good internet and do not have an issues with our devices.
  • Doesn’t work often

    I find that more times than not it doesn’t load. It just does the spinning wheel forever. Sometimes it will play sound, but it rarely works for the video.
  • Inconvenient Connection Issues

    Inconvenient connection issues when wanting immediate access to video I often get a spinning loading sign. Not ideal with a newborn. We have very fast internet and no issues with other devices getting immediate uploads and downloads.
  • Please update for ios16
