  • Can’t set up account

    I’ve tried numerous times to set up account. Both before AND after answering so many questions. It’s really hard to rate an app that you can’t use. I’ve only had my device a few days but I’m wondering what kind of company this is if they won’t fix their app. They push you to purchase the connected device and then you can’t even use the recommended app.

  • Not worth it!

    Really poor support and documentation!
    The app won’t run on either iPhone 13 or 14,
    To get to pair with an older iPad I had around the house had to shut off all my local Bluetooth devices. Does not manage the length of time on cefaly connected devices. You have to manually pair it every time you use it to collect data. Easier to just keep a spreadsheet! More trouble than it is worth!

  • Huge disappointment

    I was hoping that the app would help to keep track of how I am feeling and also determine what level of pulses help me. The app is not at all user friendly, and when you are struggling with migraines, the last thing that you need is an app that doesn’t work properly for the amount of money that IAM spending to use this device this app should be user-friendly, and I have already gotten in touch with customer service and that in itself is not too helpful, when I called to speak to someone at customer service, they are in a huge room with a lot of background noise and it’s very difficult to understand what they are telling me. Get your act together!

  • Please test your user experience

    Come on! The pin is located behind the device. Every time you are out of Bluetooth range you’ll need to remove the device to re-enter the pin and reconnect the device, which forces you to interrupt treatment. Why doesn’t the app save the device pin once? Users shouldn’t have to re-enter it as long as they remind logged in!

  • Terrible

    I would love to review the app but it crashes every time I try to use it. Contacted customer support and days later I am still waiting to hear back. If I could give this app and the company no stars I would.
    Update…. The “developers” of the app responded. They provided zero support and are basically gaslighting me. I have the most recent version ( it still crashes as soon as I open it) and I have called your “coaches”. They couldn’t do anything since the app will not work. I still have not received a response from the customer service email I sent the company through their website. The device is almost unusable as it is and the app not working is the icing on the cake. My next step is to lodge a complaint with the VA about the device and the company since the company has a contract with the VA.
    AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

  • Can’t even get the app working past the first page asking if I’m 18!

    Excited to get my new Cefaly, have been using cefaly since 2020. App won’t work with my new iPhone, don’t know if it works with the older iPhones or not. I have to use cefaly daily and sometimes multiple times per day plus Botox, nerve blocks and trigger point injections every 4 weeks at Mayo.
    Was hoping to begin tracking my migraines better but can’t get past the first page of the app.

  • Why can’t it just work!?

    I’ve contact Cefaly Support, I’ve contacted CeCe support. I’ve contacted Apple Support- and no one can tell me why this app crashes on my phone. All I want is to use my Cefaly connect alongside this app and I can’t even get the app to load up before it crashes. I’ve done everything everyone recommended, I’ve done every step to problem solve this issue- and still nothing. I get told to download a version of this app that doesn’t even exist in the App Store. And with no avail. I want so badly to give a fabulous review for this app, but how can I if I can’t even access the app!?

    Even after their “technical difficulties” the last few weeks, I still cannot access anything.

  • Cannot create an account

    I don't even know how to rate an app that won't allow you to make an account, and doesn't have app support. It just leads back to the cefaly app page... Has the app just been down?? I've deleted and re-downloaded the app to no avail, when I press to create the account after typing in all my information, it just sits there. Nothing happens. Extremely frustrating. Why not just allow people to create account on the web to avoid this problem, or at least provide it as an alternative solution if the app has a bug with the create an account function.

    App was fixed! Love the tracking features, can't wait to see my trends, hopefully I'll get a better idea of when I'll get the migraines

  • Not working

    I downloaded the app to see what kinds of things I would be able to do with it if I were to purchase the Cefaly that connects to it. I have a cefaly but I was looking to upgrade to a newer version, however the app literally won’t open. I press the app and it shows the loading screen and then immediately shuts off. I have the newest version of IOS on an Iphone 12. I’m not sure what is wrong but if the app doesn’t work I won’t be getting the cefaly that goes with it lol.

  • Not Intuitive

    This app has so much potential. It is so frustrating to use. I have to reconnect my device and put in the pin every time I log in. I keep trying to do the get to know you survey, and I can never find it. Please take a look at these reviews. I was told by the person who recommended this product to me to not get the connected because the app is garbage, I should have taken the warning.
