Needs improvement
Purchased new cefaly to go with app. App can’t find/pair with cefaly. On profile, unable to enter information. Just seems like lots of bugs to work. Also had to delete app over and over just to get on my account. I hope they fix these issues. Thought it was good idea.Ericmmel92

I want to start with saying that this device does reduce migraines and headaches. Unfortunately this app is terrible. It just does not seem to do anything correctly. You can try to enter things but they never seem to make it in the logs.
I recently bought their latest connect version of the device and it is really stupid. In every session you have to enter a code that is written on the back of the device every 15 minutes or so but that means removing the device to read the code which interrupts the session. Also the app does not record treatment sessions automatically like it claims to do and yes I have this enabled in the settings.Show lessPinkshirtuk
Does not interact with the device in any way
I was expecting the connection to the device to allow me to interact with it to do things like set the intensity and turn it on and off. The app does none of these things. It's just a poorly designed migraine journal into which you have to manually input the entries. It doesn't even automatically log sessions.Show lessfoxmajik

I literally can’t log or do anything on the app. I see that a year ago people were having the same issues and I’m just worried I bought a terrible product when the company can’t even fix its app after a years worth of complaints. Very worrisome. Not to mention this is an app that goes with an almost 500 dollar device.Show lessKate7383

This app is very frustrating! It’s difficult to use and confusing. It’s not user friendly.3171990
Hard to use
App could be great but it’s really hard to use. Purpose is to track migraine attacks but it makes entering an attack almost impossible. Interface is confusing and you end up either deleting data you’ve spent a long time entering or putting it in at the wrong time. Navigating an overly complex app is the last thing you feel like when you are in an attack, but this is also brought to you by the folks that added a steady blinking light shining in the eyes for their migraine device, so I guess it’s not unexpected that they’d do something contrary to sense. Will keep struggling through for a few more weeks then delete. Privacy policy is also problematic as they use your data for sales.Show lessFriday Girl 714

Stop forcing we end users to be your beta testers, please. My precious time is already drastically reduced by these *expletive* headaches; I don’t appreciate wasting more of it on your crappy app! 😤The Doris Effect
The latest rev works better
Since the .18 revision, the app now works better, with the leftover problem in the birthday field on the profile screen. It’s very difficult to get the app to allow you to make an entry in the birthday field, and you can’t save any profile edits without completing all g TV be fields at least once.
The logging feature seems to work now too, but I’ve only recorded one headache so far. We’ll see if the positive trend continues.Show lessMacAdk
Blank White Screen
The first screen when you boot up the app it asks if you are over 18 years old. Once you check this and then press the Let’s Go button that’s as fast as I get. I have rebooted my phone, turned off all my apps running in the back ground and tried a few other things with no luck.
It’s very hard to rank this app when all I get is a white blank screen after the initial screen. I guess this is an ongoing problem with the app from reviews from other people. I will file 13 this app and look for another app that will help me log my migraines.Show lessInkyMyCat
Would love to try it if only I could access it
After verifying that I’m 18, I’m taken to a blank screen and I can’t go any further. I’d love to try this app, as my previous migraine journaling app has now become so riddled with ads and in-app purchases that I can’t just simply log my migraines.Nursepage77
