Unusable
Wasn’t able to sign in the app nor was I able to add myself as a member on the website today.
Can’t signs in
I can’t log in on the web browser but not on the app on my iPhone
Can’t Log In—Deleting App
There’s no point in downloading this until they fix the app. It will not “authenticate the user.” If you can’t login, you can’t use the app. I’m deleting it until they figure it out.
Signing in
I can’t sign onto the app but can call to book my transportation but it’s not letting me put my correct password in need to fix the issue not happy I want to have access instead of calling on the phone to them please fix 😢
Can’t Sign into App
I have to an online account and I’m unable to sign in through the app. But, I’m able to sign in through my web browser on my iPhone. Please fix this issue.I don’t want to keep calling ModivCare support to get a ride that takes over an hour to come for me.Thank you
