The best program for grooming business owners
I’ve been using MoeGo for the past 1 1/2 years . Price is reasonable, if you ever need support , they respond quickly and help you with whatever you need . Program is so easy to use with so many features ! Everything is really easy to navigate. Used for years
I know it’s been at least 2 years that I’ve used this amazing service and I Tried switching to something else when I started a new endeavor because I thought, well I’m only using it for a week every 6 weeks but I missed it immediately and switched both locations on MoeGo instead of just one! So far so good
I was using square for my scheduling but I hated how I had to individually click into each profile and then some to figure out who I was having that day. This helps a whole lot. The only things I don’t like is 1. I don’t like the “weekly” schedule, it looks way too jumbled, 2. I can’t have set times where customers can book online, they’re just sporadic, and 3. That I would have to pay for extra messaging. Otherwise I think it’ll be a good investment.Show lessSsantoscoy
Makes work easier
I work alone as a mobile groomer and this app makes it easier, more efficient, and gives me time back that I used to spend sending out reminders texts and collecting info for new clients. Just upgraded to 2.0 so I’m hoping Google calendar sync is introduced soon!Yentihw
Very user friendly for groomers and clients
I love how easy it is to use moego! I had software that took so many clicks to get to things and moego is a breeze. Also, there is the help chat always on your screen for easy help! . Best Grooming System!
I spent months researching and trying to find the “best” system, and I finally decided on MoeGo. I’m very glad I did! It is so much easier and seamless than other systems I’ve tried. Awful
Haven’t received any payments through app. Don’t rely on this app for payments solely. Crashes often. Support always says ok let me forward to our team and never does anything. Staff will have complete control of the final tickets and client pricing and can alter at home so be sure you have trustworthy staff who know your pricing and won’t gouge clients or change commissions. You cannot change these settings or control your business, staff has some control. You will always need a computer despite tablet and mobile design because this is still in beta testing. Payroll reports are confusing and when printed they come out in excel with all xxxx in the data spaces you need for dates and times on clock in and out reports. It’s a nightmare. Great app
It works so well with all my devices. I can be at home and make appointments on my phone and they are right there on the computer when I go to work the next day.
