Eligible rebate??????

Wow……… Wow double wow… I can control the pump by my phone. Been trying for two years to make this application work and at times I thought that Valero was giving me a rebate and they kept it up zero all the time because it was at the end of the monthly cycle……… And all this time for over two years now I thought I was getting a rebate……… all the time I was not…. I had called Valero several times on this issue…… and I didn’t understand how to make the application work until today. A lady told me how to do it and I’m getting gas again here in Kingfisher Oklahoma and I turned the pump on with my phone and……… I got $.10 rebate. Per gallon….. ain’t that something… to be honest with you I think Valero owes me $.10 a gallon for all the gallons. I bought in the last two years……….. Nobody told me how this lady told me today to make the pump come on…… and you have got a record Valero of how many gallons I buy almost 6 to $800 a month that’s a lot of fuel …that I’ve been not getting a rebate …because I was not told how to use theValero…. App…….. so anyway what a great thing

Every Penny Matters

My daughter told me about this app and how it worked. It is very handy. Yes, you do have to get their credit card to link to the app, but once you do that, you don’t even have to carry it with you. The app turns on the pump and pays for your gas. There is also a feature that maps Valero Stations and lets you know if you get their discount there. Very handy!

Good and bad

I loved the app at first. The convenience. Of not having to go inside to pay. But for the last month I use the app it never takes the 10c off even though all my cards are linked to the app. And if I go inside it still will take off the 10c without using the 10c off card. It has really been not worth using here lately.

Super user-friendly easy to use

I have to admit when I tried it for the first time, I instantly believed it wouldn’t work at all. Oh, was I ever wrong. It was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. I am used to working with my phone, my computer, my iPhone so I know what I’m doing. This was never frustrating at all. I didn’t have my gas card from Valero in my pocket like I normally would. So my phone talked to the gas pump and it accepted my information. It was astonishing!!! This is not the second time I’ve done it when I plan on doing it again.

Love ❤️

I love the app most of the time. The only times I hate it is when it won't authorize a pump or there is something wrong with the pump you chose asked you have too move pumps and you get a message telling you that you can't use the app because you've attempt it too many times per something like that. There should not be a limit on trying too get the app too activate the pump. If anything it should tell you that there is an issue with that pump and tell you too try another pump.

Also there should be a way too report station prices. Today my local one in the app said $3.79/gal for regular unleaded when it was actually $3.19/gal. Big difference there. I worried that my discount would be recorded wrong, but was happy that it did record it correctly.

Awesome App!!

I must tell you I wasn’t aware of the App and valeropay etc till I was kindly instructed by Leslie the representative that I happened to be speaking to that day. It was the best thing I did downloading the app and start using it.
I was very impressed with the system where we get to the station go through the steps and wah lah all is good and working no worries, besides we have savings on our gas consumption as well.
I’ve been a customer since 2007 and plan on doing so for a long while.
Thank you Leslie for your assistance.
Thank you Valero for your great service and convenience, makes our life so much easier.

As good as any other 🤷‍♂️

Pretty simple, and I suppose if you use a lot of gas then this is helpful (given todays gas prices...). Another thing I liked was "The UN first began using biometric data to identify refugees in 2004 when they partnered with Microsoft to create user interface software called Project Profile and proGRESS. These technologies were implemented in 30 different countries to capture refugee photographs and basic biographical information. The stated goal was primarily to make identification easier, faster, and more uniform among various agencies and organizations. In addition, protecting valuable documents is difficult and sometimes impossible for those fleeing their homes. These technologies would help to alleviate concerns about damaged, stolen, or misplaced documents from a refugee’s home country, which has historically been a major barrier to receiving aid or resettlement. Aid workers could now perform a fingerprint, iris, or facial scan to match someone with their records and verify their identity." -that you could sync your valero credit card too. (sorry, cat walked across keyboard there. Thanks valero. 👍

Be careful in NJ

When the App works, this program is great. You can save money. Now that the program has been running, the Valero stations that are identified in the App as part of the program are not allowing customers to use the App. So, you navigate to a station using the App and pull in low on gas and the gas station attendant tells you the App is not working. This seems to be happening all the time in New Jersey. I think that the Local Valero station owners don’t like the Valero Pay corporate program. I am guessing they Lose some profit from this. I have 4 drivers in my family and I am amazed at the number of stations listed in the app that won’t authorize the pump. From now on every time a station listed in the App that refuses to take Valero Pay, I will list it in a new review. Todays winner is Valero in Lumberton - 1543 Rt 38. I think Valero Corp should give them a call.

Valero

I used the app once and no problem but I have gone to same Valero station and unable to use it three time. Wanted me to set up account to access purchase.
My son also is not able to access.
My daughter helped me set up the account.
What is wrong.
I want to buy gasoline tomorrow.

Really good app except for one thing, and the discount program is great

This app is really good and I use the ValeroPay feature all the time. My only complaint is that I just switched to a diesel for my daily driver and the app doesn’t show which stations in my area have diesel, nor does is show the price for diesel at the stations that do sell it. Adding diesel to the app would bring it back to five stars.
