Purchased one year subscription as would be in Australia for a year. App had functionality problems from the get go. They had a major outage in February but didn’t tell their customers. Had to get a new number and have them attach the subscription to it. That number eventually stopped working as well. Constantly got a message everytime from their support saying any new numbers are functional and they are changing providers which should take a few days. Was sent that message after contacting support over a month period. Asked to get a new number again but this time go through a “verification process” submitted my ID 5 times and told the pics were blurry even though they were not and same pics I used for verification on other apps. At this point wanted a refund and told to contact Apple support as they handle the charging of accounts. They knew Apple would reject my claim as it was outside their 14 day refund policy. I’ve been totally scammed and have a useless app.Show lessJD22133

Unlike the bots - Was Great App, Now Ehh
I see a lot of bot reviews on here…Anyways, It used to be a really great app, lots of number choices, free credits, clear quality, etc. Now though, last week with this new update, they got rid of soooooo many phone numbers and even totally got rid of some countries…..Without all of the countries numbers, the app isn’t as great as it used to be. A huge reason why many people download this app is because the ability to get a local number in many different places, now OnPhone has been slacking for almost 2 weeks now to add any new numbers for them other countries. If you don’t want a US, UK, Australia, or Canada number, just know there’s no other option anymore as of right now. Please pay attention to what drives your customers, and add numbers for other countries again…Thank you.Show lessBAmb Guy

This is a horrible service that cannot even explain how you pay for it. Do you buy a number for a year for $100 or do you use coins like an 8 year old playing a video game? Who knows? Don't give your number out because they will randomly cancel your number without telling you. If you wonder why your phone isnt ringing it's because they deactivated your number without telling you. And if ou complain they tell you "just get a new number." Also, their answer to everything is to give you more "coins" although I have asked 4 times whether I need to pay AND use coins and no one will answer me. CUstomer servie will engage with you, but they won't actually help, and will simply stop responding if you ask a question they don't have a canned response for.
