Terrible. Don’t bother
I’ve had this app for almost a month now and cannot make outgoing calls or send or receive texts. I’ve contacted the support team, downloaded the latest version and it’s still not working and no one is getting back to me. Total waste of time and money.Derek Pot

Where to begin. The app DOESNT WORK. I paid for a phone number, I paid for credits. SMS doesn’t work. Phone call don’t work. Nothing works.
How difficult is it? It’s a simple app to develop. I am really unimpressed - I’m a contractor and wanted to use this as a business line but as it doesn’t work I can’t. I’ve reinstalled, literally tried everything.
They make themselves out to be a great support team but they haven’t responded to a single request from me. They just respond on here with a developer response.Show lessMonteh Kristo

Wondering how honest this company is… Waste of time and money
Purchased a number to find out it was unworkable. Contacted OnPhone directly and eventually got a response detailing that they were updating the service due to issues. After waiting for some decent time re contacted them yet again, receiving a delayed response advising the same. Once the app was finally “working” I was told I would be compensated for this inconvenience, unfortunately this was never honoured. The number I originally purchased was still unusable and I was advised to purchase another number with the compensation received. Pretty appalling that I not only had to chase up the customer service team continuously about this, but never received compensation as advised. Highly questionable on many levels. Best texting app out there? It so far been able to send and receive call and text without bugs or issues, I will recommend this app to my friend and family, I’ll be subscribers to keep my number as a second phone that I can use on my phonego24y
DON’T BUY
You pay $99 for a yearly subscription and you still get daily nag pop ups to check in for more credits. (It’s not unlimited use for your $99) Then today when I went to use the app, it tells me that my number has expired(??) and I have to choose a new one. Ok fine, I’m not married to that number. When I go to choose a new number no number comes up for me to choose from despite attempting to pick from several different area codes. Ridiculous. Canceled my subscription today.Show lessShyster2

The costs they are taking are excessively high, so I would like to make the request that you subscribe rather than using coins as charges, which is incredibly expensive and inconvenient.
