Limited features
Can not include an email address in your text message. So you can not text someone your email address. I was told I had to take a photo of it and attach it. Can not enter a website name. Again the message won’t send.Imamela

Plans are overpriced. The whole point of such apps should be to get something cheaper than an actual sim. But it’s not. Just for getting texts, they ask for $27/month. Also eSims are overpriced. Not worth it.The VeeMon
Messages not sending out but i can receive messages
I’m unable to send texts out to other numbers but i do get texts from them. It just started recently and id be glad if it can be fixed as my subscription is still activeiffyssmuel

Insane monthly charge
Insane monthly charges for a second number. You can get unlimited calls from real phone companies for $10/month. My phone is dual sim and for me that is better choice.Joseyjp
