On/Go is a great asset for those who need an at-home test
I have used the On/Go home test twice. Once to assure my friends that I was clear of infection prior to our annual holiday get-together (we missed last year). We were all so excited to be able to gather in person after almost two years apart. The second round of tests was prior to travel from Orlando to New York City to be with my sister and family for the holidays. I wanted to make sure that I wasn’t bringing virus into their home as my brother-in-law has health issues. As a bonus we were able to enjoy a holiday party at their home with their friends who were also vaccinated and tested. The ease to use, accurate On/Go test has been a great blessing to our family.Show lessDeveloper Response

The ease of using app test super easy. The drawback was the customer service chat is not 24/7 as indicated and the email I received said I would hear back in 2 hours. I took my test at 4:35 central time but the company runs on East coast time. NO response on a positive test was given until next morning. They were not able to provide the medication to me? I looked at my email which it defers to app self care but NO explanation was given other than denied contact customer service, however customer service closed on weekends. I have taken this medication 2 yrs ago. I work for the airlines so I’m no stranger to COVID and have had (4) vaccinations in the past. Fortunately I’m feeling better today but ultimately I feel disappointed that I could feel better sooner.Show less
