Reviews of iHealth COVID

I received the test

My test tghat were in my box are totally different than the one in the video so I was unable to get a accurate test result due the different test I received and card nasal swabs the regrant Bottles and the patient instructions and fact sheet the test said to make 6 drops in the first whole and then to insert swab in the first hole and to the second hole and then detach film and close the card and have it flat on table the test had the blue line as it said it would before Even testing or it could cause
inaccurate test results I then proceeded to do the test as explained in instructions and waited 15 minutes unfortunately the test literally turned purple and that was it I appreciate the test but I will no longer use this test due to the issues I had while trying to test I will continue to use the other at home test kits because sadly I have no smell nor taste runny nose shortness of breath diarrhea and other symptoms as well I go to my primary doctor tomorrow because I just got out of the hospital for pneumonia, sepsis, flu as well as my breathing and oxygen once again Ty for the test all though they were not valuable to me I took a different test and I was positive

Easy to use, can’t save app to phone?

This test is fairly simple, although having to juggle the tiny little test tube while taking care to not allow the swab to touch anything is a bit frustrating (use a small cup to keep it upright). The app is easy to use as well; however, it doesn’t actually save an icon to my Home Screen - really weird (iPhone 11). I have searched through every folder I have, and no iHealth icon. Every time I want to open it, I have to go back to the App Store and pull it down again?

Good, but has a minor hitch in its giddy-up

Excellent app, really, for the test part. Clear, easy, simple instructions with good graphics.

When submitting results to the CDC, though, a page asks you to pick from a list of symptoms you’re experiencing. It doesn’t give a separate “click here if no symptoms, it lists “No symptoms” as a symptom in the list. So when you pick it and click “next”, it sends you to a “when did your symptoms start” date-picker. If you have no symptoms this looks like a dead end. Now I’ve forgotten what the choice was that let me finish — that’ll be your challenge, if you have no symptoms. A puzzle for ya!
