My Dr sent me a link to use this app with an activation code. The app just hangs after I enter a userid and password.

I hate this app!
It is difficult & sometimes impossible to access. Terrible app!!!

App will not let you log in
Some how, my account is locked for security reasons.
I follow the prompts to reset my password, and it regurgitates the same reasoning to not let me access my account.
There is no way to contact someone to help find out why, and let me gain access to prescriptions my doctor has ordered for me to get.

Shady - trying to mimic ATHENA
Why does Apple allow this app? It’s clearly an attempt to appear as Athena health. Hopefully nobody is stealing logins on the backend.

Tried to log in. Asks me for security questions I move never answered. Try to set up an account ask for code but they have no info to send a code. Chasing my tail.

Sign up/log in: Hasn’t improved any?!! Can’t even get in to get started after appointments/visits!
No improvement here, unless you’re from another planet???! Spent 3 hrs trying to navigate this nightmare! Another reason for a Federal Healthcare System & less IT personnel that CAN write codes! Joe schmoo
