Why is this even here?
Logging in is pretty much basic to an app. This one doesn’t let you login. Use a browser.
Horrible Medical App
This is perhaps the worst patient portal I’ve ever experienced. It’s impossible to login nearly every time on iPhone and iPad “login error” message. All I want to do is send a message to my doctor and this unfriendly platform will not let me send a message via the app nor the website. Getting logged in is a difficult task. Reading messages a challenge. Sending a message, well that’s impossible. The developers of this platform should be ashamed.

What good is an app if it’s not linked to your chart to look at data! This should be linked to EPIC like everyone else is so all doctors and hospitals have access to your health data. I work for a hospital and they all use EPIC

Worst app I have ever seen! I have 3 other med apps and had no problems getting in, this one is total garbage
