Great app, but it needs an urgent update.
Edit: my concern was the lack of iCloud backup but according to the developers, the backup happens along with the iOS backup so I’m gladly changing my review to five stars! I’ve been using it daily for five months and it’s become an important tool in my treatment. Amazing app. Love the simplicity of it.
There’s no iCloud backup. The app itself is great and I use it daily, but the fact that the paid version has no iCloud backup is unacceptable.Show lessRicknyc86

I got this app because I needed a new journal to track my symptoms for DBT. I currently have a 106 day streak of journal entries.
I bought the Premium plan so I could make my own symptoms/ treatments // as many as I wanted to track.
I have found this app very helpful and I enjoy looking at the graphs to see how common something is. Plus the longer you use it the more information the graph gets. (To be fair I love a good graph)
Overall: I used to struggle heavily with journaling especially trying to do it daily, but this app has made it very easy for me to track/ journal at any time. I definitely recommend the premium plan, I think the app is kinda useless without it.Show lessMadszC
