Disappointing App
A year ago I would’ve understood that the app had bugs and glitches. But a year later and it’s no better. The only complaint about resorts world I have is the app! It’s impossible to use and half the time won’t connect to slot machines. This would be my go to resorts every single time, if the app was more user friendly.Show lessliljustjust

RW is such a great hotel, but this app is garbage, words overlap each other, janky load up screen and that is if they even load up! Trying to look for reservations is such a headache, I’ve literally just closed the app and moved on to another hotel. MGM, Caesar’s no issue with their apps at all!Show less3hittolumby

Unable to Log In
Much like Resorts World, this app seems like it was stalled halfway through development then shoddily deployed several years without testing. The dialog buttons to sign in to my Genting Rewards account do not work.
This is my second or third time trying the app over a span of 2 years. Resorts World should fix this app or take it off the App Store!Show lessbrentolomew nando

RWLV is genuinely the worst travel/hotel/casino app I’ve ever used. Every time I use it I wonder why I bothered trying again 😂
The interface and navigation is confusing, half of the links give you errors, and logging-in is glitchy. If you want to book a room here or just look at rates, call or go directly through Hilton and save yourself some grey hairs.Show lessSillySack
