  • Continuously crashing

    Im just trying to view information about games and I can’t seem to get this app to stay open…
  • Cashless payment is broken

    Cashless funds transfer is broken and fails , with correct information. Also really confusing when you should only need to transfer funds to one account to play on a slot rather than two .
  • Cashless Gaming fail

    My friends and I were excited about coming to see the most technologically advanced casino in the world until we downloaded this app, waited over two hours to try to get setup and finally gave up. This app is a MESS and the cashless gaming is an absolute joke. Every time the tech tried to fix the issue it hit my bank account for $100. The app kept showing an address error which I waited an hour in line to fix. Once it was fixed the app still showed an error and my tech was so beat up from a week of getting punched by angry guests like me he had to go have a smoke leaving me solo. So in the time I was there getting setup on their system the app hit me for $800 which I had to wait 24 hours to get back, I never got to play a single machine and ended up just having drinks. One person in our group of 30 didn’t have a problem but al the rest of us did which is pretty bad. I won’t be back to Resorts World and will never use play plus or NRT systems EVER again. So disappointed 😏

  • Horrible

    There was a log line in casino to get a rewards card. Employee told me all I needed to do was put $1.00 on my account and I would get $10.00 in free play. I STUPIDLY fell for this, only to return 1 hour later and speak to the “manager”.He said I should’ve been told I need to put $100 on my account to get $10. The first employee that I talk to said he came over and said oh I thought it was only one dollar. The manager failed to be able to rectify the situation so basically I lost an hour of my time and I could not get my original dollar off of my account!!! Do not go here!!!

  • Reset Impossible

    I’m trying to reset my password and impossible to do. I got the forgot password and I never get the email. I went to the grand opening and went to the rewards center, they couldn’t fix it and finally someone said they would have to talk with an administrator the next day and now when i try the forgot password it says I have to see an administrator for my organization, umm I’m not an employee, what the heck is going on - I’d give it 0 stars if I could

  • Can’t set up

    Seems I need to actually be in the casino to set up my app.
  • DC Residents Not Allowed

    App does not allow guests from Washington DC to register for an account. Another reason for DC to become a state.
  • Cannot Reset Password

    I cannot reset my password through the app. Every time I hit forgot my password it doesn’t send the email for me to reset it. There is no way to do it on the website only the app. So now I’m locked out of my account with no way to solve it. Until they fix this it’s 1 star
  • No option to signup and book from Canada

    Please add Canadian province and country options

    Unprofessionalism of employees directing and guiding. They were too complicated.
