Works Great in theory.. but can’t take a photo.
I was excited to have an option to have my record card on my iPhone without carrying my record card.
Unfortunately, the app doesn’t scan my Vaccination card unless, it should be clear that the app only scans SMART Vaccination cards instead of the ones we get at Vaccination sites.
Still looking for an alternative that will work..

Text too big fix
I have my texts enlarged on my phone so I couldn’t open up the app correctly so I went to settings made my text small and then entered my information into the app hope this helps
Easy to use. Quick scan.
Works good. No complaints.
Frozen- not really
It looked like the app would open and then freeze but the problem is not that the app freezes but that it does not adapt to the text settings on my phone. My text is set to very large. Since the app doesn’t adjust for the text setting, all I see is the top half and there is no way to see the scan button.

Does not work
Downloaded so I can verify California SMART digital vaccine records. But when I try to use it, all it does is open the camera. When pointed over an image of a CA digital record, it just sits there. Does not ID or scan the QR. Something is wrong with this app. No troubleshooting information or anything on their site.

App Bug for iPhone set with enlarged font
App works well for normal iPhone display settings but…
When iPhone is set with enlarged font for visually impaired, only the upper portion of app is visible. App does not downward scroll to app button to allow scanning.

For businesses, not people
This app is used by businesses to verify vaccination records via QR codes. It does not work as proof of vaccination, or store your vaccination documents. It only scans other people’s proof of vaccination.
Will not read Province of Quebec QR code
As another user mentioned, this app gives an error message when presented with a Province of Quebec QR code that follows the Smart Health Card standard.

I downloaded this app after recent publicity in Wired magazine. It appears to be app that businesses would use to verify that your vaccination record is in the Health Card database.
I need a way of sending my CDC card info to the database. There is no indication of what app or website I would use to do that.
