Their website and app doesn’t work ever nothing loads terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend for anyone stay away from this

They are trying to make it hard to pay so $3900 fee can be added to my balance. You truly only get 100 days to pay or else you pay triple.

You cannot link a loan account to this app because Snap Finance does not use it. This was told to me by a representative. They couldn’t answer why they have an app they don’t use. Do not waste your time.

I am able to sign into the app but it does not allow me to link my account. I copy the account from the website and enter on app. It doesn’t recognize and gives a message to try again or contact lender. Doesn’t make sense. Please fix app. It is so much better to utilize than having togo on the website.
