This app is great, so easy to navigate with lots of options.

The built in audio alarms are great ! Scared a few people off already also love the battery life super easy to use ! No need to pay a monthly subscription unless want extra cloud service app super easy to use keeps my place secure thanks Aosu ❤️
Video failed to play after latest update
After latest update failed to play video on iPhone 15. Error message shows ‘Video play failed, please try again’. Tried restarting phone/ reinstalling app, issue still persist.
However still able to wake up/ turn off the camera. But video won’t play.
Please fix.

Cool camera
The camera is awesome, allows good playback, the app is easy to use and set up, use an SSD if you want more storage.

Easy and cool app for monitoring
The camera is easy to install and use, camera is great quality and detects movement fast. The set perimeter helps to pick up sensitivity faster. It’s definitely entertaining to look back at the footage. We put in a SD card for more storage. The app is easy to use, notifications can be disabled and the events are logged for review later. The video and sound are good quality and you can play with how sensitive you want the detection to be. At times the video is slow to lead but that may be the network. Overall great experience!

App easy to use
I have been using this app for several months now with my AOSU video doorbell and have found it easy to both install and use. I recently bought an AOSU security camera and linking this to the app was just as easy. There are two changes that I feel would make it better
1).For the doorbell either make it possible to reduce the time that the ring sounds if the notification is not acknoledged OR if it is acknoledged on one device, turn it off on both. This is because both my wife and I have the app on our phones one can keep ringing for quite a long time if the other answers.
2) Regarding the camera, mine is at an angle to my car and to set a detection zone to cover the whole car, part of the zone covers the pavement and people passing by trigger the alarm. Being able to covert the detection zone from a rectangle to a parallelogram would stop this.
These two improvements would improve an already good app.

Constant updates
It seems every time I open my device there is ANOTHER annoying update to your bell software. Becoming very tedious now.

Half the time the video doesn’t load, you can’t watch events, it’s laggy and buggy.
