Too expensive
The is app cost $20 and that was not clearly marked anywhere, so I thought I was spending like a dollar or two. I had to download it so I could access some information, but the info I needed was not even on the app and I have no use for it. I didn’t realize how much it cost till it was too late for a refundShow lessjackrad
Can’t finish signing in the first time
I downloaded the app and started signing up. When I get to create a password, the screen jumps to the bottom and I see what must be the continue bar at the top of my screen AND can not scroll up to enter my password to create an account. I’ve deleted the app several times to start over but still bugs out at that same spot.

Good app but could use improvement
For context, I use this app almost daily to book yoga classes and this is the booking platform that my studio chose. My first complaint is that the primary/first page when I launch in to the app should be the ability to book classes for the day. I don’t think putting the past bookings in the first page makes sense since it’s not a function that I would primarily use the app for.Show lessSailorShiba

Unable to open app
It's asking me to add my phone number before giving me access yet unable to add my phone number. It's stuck on the start screen. Annoying.juliesyc
App easy to use however conflicts with Norton 360
This app is easy to use however every time I open it on my phone, I get a notification from my phone’s anti virus software (Norton 360) advising that the site is not safejmori1972
No control over payments, no ability to remove payment info
I got connected to this app because I bought a package of yoga therapy sessions, which came with free subscription to the yogi’s online videos. There was no contract and no indication that I would have to “unsubscribe” from the service after the complimentary free trial ended.
4 months after I stopped going to yoga therapy, I got an email receipt that I had been charged for an ongoing subscription. The app showed that I was “under contract” for additional payment, and there was no way for me to cancel the subscription that I never signed up for, and no way to remove my credit card info from the app.
When I reached out to the app’s support they refused to help, just said I have to contact the yoga therapist on my own (not through the app) to get her to cancel my payments.
I did that and thankfully she did refund and apparently cancel future payments, but my credit card info can’t be removed from the app.
I can’t remove it, and Momence refuses to remove it, so it’s possible I’m charged for additional fees without my consent like I already experienced.
Overall my experience with this app was TERRIBLE, including the fact that it authorized payments on my credit card that I did not sign up for or authorize, and I have no ability to delete my payment info from this app.
DO NOT GIVE THIS APP YOUR PAYMENT INFO IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE RANDOMLY CHARGED FOR SERVICES YOU DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR!!!Show lessCegebege
