It doesn’t save your filter preferences
It’s really annoying that you have to keep updating all your filter preferences every time you log in. If have a preferred location to show classes, it should stay there unless you specifically change it. And also too many steps to do anything. Not a good UX siteMazzzzzzy
Not bad, but improvement needed
The app currently does not state the expiry date of the events, for example it would only show it would expire after 31 days but not the specific date of expiry.patriciafung
Near seamless integration

Turn off the notifications alert!!
I’m only using this app for one studio and every day when I open it, it asks me to enable notifications. I do not EVER want to enable notifications. Why is there not an option to select “do not ask me again”? The only options EVERY SINGLE time I open the app and must select an answer are “enable notifications” and “not now”. Then the next day, same popup question. I look forward to not having to use this app when I’m done with my current studio membership.Show less_KimMc_

UX needs improvement
It’s annoying that the app doesn’t automatically display todays class schedule and instead defaults to the last day you looked at. Given these classes no longer exist the user then has to scroll through looking for today. Similar issue when looking at today in that it displays classes that have already passed. While it tags them as closed, in other apps they simply disappear which is much easier for the user. Otherwise it works as expected.Show lessAlphaFoxtrot123

Do not get this software
This software has so many glitches, support can take weeks to get an answer from, or you get the worng answer, or you will get no answer at all. The glitches are usually big ones and costly to your business. We had high hopes for this software but it continues to dissappoint on a daily basis.jessiee232425267
