Finally something easy!!
I attend several classes with different studios using Momence and I'm so impressed with how easy it is for me to book with each studio using the app!

Why
Have to log in multiple times a week due to app crashing and password/username can’t be stored. Quite difficult to find, search for and follow providers. Booking takes you to back to the Home Screen making it much harder to book multiple classes at once.

Such a terrible app
It crashes all the time, I had to reinstall several times already and more recently it fails to recognise my account altogether. Absolutely useless

3.1.7 crashes on open
On iPhone XS, lots of free storage, no other apps open. Tried rebooting but it just crashes. Every time.

Auto logged out?
App is great except that I keep opening the app to find that I was logged out :’( Please fix!!!

Also would be great if you could add feature to automatically add classes to a connected iCal or gCal (MINDBODY app does this and it is very useful) when you sign up instead of having to manually add it.

Login issue; booking issue
1. Had to log in again after each update. Does not have an option to at least “remember” email address, had to type in every time.

2. “Return Home” after each booking rather than returning to the calendar of the week of booking. Had to press right arrow multiple times when making multiple advance bookings.

There are a lot of great booking apps on the market. Please take note.

Does the job but UI needs work.
Click stream to book a class should be no more than three clicks.

Clicking on a business should bring you directly to the schedule for the business.

Clicking on a class to should only ask for confirmation to book the class with subscription already selected / assumed unless otherwise specified.

Option to add class to calendar should be specified in settings and the user should not be bothered to specify if they want to add it to the calendar every time.
