I see a lot of complaints about getting set up in the app. Took me about 30 seconds right after I bought my policy. Only four stars because there isn’t a ton of functionality. But all good if I need a tow.adwebinc2
Easy to use
Not entirely sure why people are having issues with the app and company. I downloaded the app, confirm my email and entered the required information and I was in. It took about a minute. I haven’t had any issues with them yet, but if i do. I’ll make sure to update the review!Dice010203

Looks like I experience what most have for this service that you will never collect on unless you are related to someone who works there. After filing my first claim and getting a quick response . I followed the steps to get a claim taken care of and it was denied for something they said was ok in the beginning . After looking at my contract and screen shots there is NOTHING in the contract about it. I canceled immediately smelling a scam . I was transferred to a specialist which was a lengthy wait . Yup there are only about three employees from what I can tell. I opted to get a call back. Nope that doesn’t work I got disconnected by a phone call coming in from them. Then I called back and said it would be a 25 minute wait …at least. I sent a email as well. Doubt it’ll be responded to it. Contacted my credit card company right away and better business bureau.Show less04or

This company blows
Customer service must consist of 3 people tops. You’ll sit on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes for anything, even paying a bill and forget about if you want to cancel your membership. You’ll wait that 45 minutes then another 45 after the first person says they have to transfer you to an account specialist. I experienced this with Protect my Car also. It must be protocol for these crappy scummy companies to exhaust you from wanting to call anymore and just keep paying the monthly bill. tried many times to login on this app and I was not successful as it kept saying that the email and password that was given to me by endurance did not work, but when loging on the website I had no problem. Am I missing something? Seems that all other reviews on here has the same trouble. hmm!!4starlite55
