Useless app will give you no claim updates
The app is useless. It does not give you claim updates as the Endurance claims.
Also want to mention the Endurance sales are super friendly but once you deal with claims the service is the worst: rude and bullish! They will male you suffer before paying up anythingMMk1233
Terrible Company/App
I thought I was the only one who couldn’t login to the app, but literally all the other reviews say the same thing! Very sketchy company, doesn’t communicate, doesn’t cover anything, and the customer service can’t do anything to help. waste of money & time.Contrivance7
Complete Joke
Won’t accept contract number or last 4 of vin to get set up; I’ve been trying for 3 weeks. Customer service says they can’t help and to send an email. 7 emails later still no response. Starting to question if this company all together. Useless app
I was sold on this service contract. I was told that it had a useful app. I called on day 1 to set up the app, but I didn’t have a contract number. Customer service said it would take about a month to get it. That right there sounds really suspicious, I can’t believe they really need a month for my information to show up on their system. It’s been over 3 months today and my contract still doesn’t show up on the app. I called Customer service and the person that answered was not helpful at all!Show lessAndrew Palma
App works great
I was able to sign in fine. I received my contract via email downloaded the app and set up my account quickly. Being that I’m new it will take a while for every feature to get set up. Overall, so far so good. You can always contact them if there’s a problem.Tauisha L

I bought a car with Endurance VSC coverage and was told that use of the Endurance mobile app came with my coverage plan. Weeks after purchase and it still doesn’t recognize my contract info to log in! Useless app and deceptive advertising.brian_il
