Sign in doesn't work, making app useless
The sign in interface doesn't allow text to be entered for the "UI Account Email" or "Password" fields. Since you can't sign into this app it's completely useless. I wonder how this made it through App Review?
I hope they get this fixed; it would be very useful to be able to use this on the mac.

Still cannot see paired cameras
Camera feeds for Pro Reader works nicely, but we have a hub with a G5 bullet paired that does not show live video in this app. It works in a desktop computer and in Protect, but is not working in this Access mobile app.

Hi IAM Tim, we will support viewing the paired UniFi Protect cameras in the UniFi Access mobile app in a future version.

Terrible product and app
Only admins can use this. If you have a group of people, they can have access cards, but they can't use the app.

Finally Lock Status!
Thank you for a great update and adding DPS and Door Lock Status huge improvement!!
The only thing missing at the moment is schedules in the mobile app under policies. We use schedules for a set of doors. Seems like a mismatch on that part of settings. Other than that access has been a great addition to our building. We just finished installing 11 doors and have 8 more do to.

Was fine before the “simplified” interface
This app used to be ok, but when the interface was simplified in version 1.3.0 access to the schedules was removed entirely. Changing schedules was one of the most common things I used the app for and now it’s completely gone.
I like complicated interfaces with lots of information and options. Please at least bring back access to schedules and changing the assigned schedules for doors.

Zero notifications
When a person presses the door bell, the notification received on the phone is silent, regardless of notification settings in the app or phone.
So when someone is at the door, we’re none the wiser.
No option to add a screen and bell to the hardware, so purely relying on the app for notifications… imagine having a building with 500 people in, expecting them all to have the app with admin access.
Even then, they would receive zero notifications, so the app and whole system is absolutely pointless.

Visitor tab vanished, online portal settings are a mess
Trained staff to use the app and then you just remove key features. BRING BACK THE VISITORS TAB! Stop redesigning every 2 minutes and over simplifying the app. It’s bad enough that none of the Unfi apps match, could they not just stay the same and fully functional for 6+ months?
