If I couldn’t rate it, I would. I literally work for Petsmart and all I deal with is returns for this thing because the app does not work at all. I even bought it myself and had to return it, waste of time, I couldn’t even log in cuz all it tells me is “service error” everything else is my house seems to run fine.. it’s unbelievable for $40

Update screwed up schedule
The new update removed my pre-set schedule but still continues to feed per the old schedule. I need to make changes to the amount and I can’t. Reported and so far haven’t heard back from anyone. Good product but this may be one of the worst apps out there! I’m looking for a new brand to buy because if it.

Waste of time
This app is horrible. Like others it does feed my cat but after the initial set up it’s AWFUL!
I cannot accurately see when my cats are fed. I get repeated reminders that food is low when it’s not. And then I CANNOT ADJUST the FEEDING SCHEDULE! The website is just as bad. The FAQ section is lacking both in content and in displaying the full name of the device.

Please fix!
I can no longer customize my cat's feeding schedule by day of the week. The button is still there but unclickable. Very frustrating as this feature is part of the reason I bought this model. Please fix!
The changes are terrible
At best this app deserved 3 stars when I started using the PurrClean litter box. It was functional, but clunky. Now it looks pretty, but isn’t functional. All the buttons work, but now I have 10x more alerts than I used to. I don’t need to know every time my cat walks in front of the box. But I would love to see his weight, which has disappeared from the new app. I would much prefer the clunky yet functional version than the ridiculous farce I get to deal with now. Yes, I can control the litter box from the app. That is the only reason it gets 2 stars. I might bump it back up to 3 when I can control what I get notified about and see my cat’s weight again.

“Was” great
App will no longer open for me at all after trying everything. I was able to keep an eye on my little guy from work until now. Waste of money I guess.
Notifications stopped
It was simple and working fine until it stopped. I just need to be notified when my cat decides to eat. The app is recording notifications but not sending them to my phone suddenly. This was just before the latest update.
Schedule
Same issue as everyone else. Can no longer edit my previous schedule and food is still being dispensed.
I only use the camera….!
I can only attest to using the Puresight Mini. The quality is amazing and the app is generally easy to use. I haven’t had any issues whatsoever and I receive motion updates. Additionally, the speaker option and the night vision has been great for me. I’m surprised at all the options I have overall!
Schedule Bugged
Most recent UI update has removed my previous schedule yet the machine continues feeding my cat at the old times. I’m unable to edit or change the old schedule whatsoever and this is frustrating as I’ve attempted to reset it by unplugging and restarting the machine, logging out and back into the app as well as deleting and reinstalling the app. Nonetheless, the feeder still goes off regularly, following the now uneditable and invisible schedule. Creating a new schedule just adds even more feeds to the delight of the cat, but annoyance of me. Either revert or update this ASAP please!
