Erased Schedule
App updated to have a new user interface and erased my feeding schedules. But is still feeding at the times I used to have. Unsure how to get it to show again or let me modify them… might have to completely reset the entire device some how and start up like it’s new???

I got this product for Christmas along with a new puppy. At first I didn’t like it. There is no on off switch and it sent me notifications every minute. I finally turned off all notifications, so that somewhat limits its usefulness. After a couple of weeks I had it set up so I could see and hear the puppy from the app. I made it work. I could also speak to her if needed, though I never really did this, though we did test it to see if we could. I tried that feature today. It no longer works. Message says Micro denied. This still meets my needs and the price was right but it needs an update.

***App update erased the list of scheduled feedings. It’s still dispensing food but I can’t view or edit the time or amount or delete. W. T. F. ??!!***
Obnoxious to scroll past ads and Pet Services, whatever that is, to get to the device tile, then tap to another page for controls, then another page for feed now details. And the military/24 hour time instead of am & pm is confusing. The feeder itself is inconsistent sometimes dispensing only half the scheduled amount.

It’s a scam
I bought only one camera 3 months ago not only is my camera completely broken down and doesn’t work after only 3 weeks of having it, I’m just now trying to start up again and found out the app had been charging me a monthly fee without me knowing. When I first bought this camera my biggest reason of getting it was I didn’t have to pay any monthly bills.

Worst app a worst camera.
Take your camera straight back and get your money back. Absolute garbage. I can’t get my money back and I’m fuming. Absolutely the worst product.

As I said, I can’t even log in. It keeps saying o need to input a password.
