What a joke
There is literally nothing “easy” about this app or its setup. I purchased the purrflow, which the app find, and then doesn’t connect to, instead timing out. I have tried messaging their chat line and it sits empty. Save your money and go for something better. This product is complete garbage
App Failure
Log in page is corrupted. I haven’t been able to log in for weeks and troubleshooting with Instachew customer support is spotty at best-reps insist on calling multiple times despite providing screenshots and clear details on failure to log in. Even the customer support chat feature is inadequate- not all messages show up in chat and instead I get an email 10 minutes later with a new message

This app is just as bad as the products that go with it. An absolute joke of a cash-grab.
Hoping for better
It constantly logs out and I can hardly get the opening screen to work when trying to get log in… I had better expectations especially for how they market their products

Not sure about the qc here as the reset password function doesn’t even work.

Don’t buy this, I could not get it to work at all. Chow Hound pet store should have thrown them away instead of selling them at 75 % off.I needing something ASAP so I bought it without doing my research.
App is confused
App doesn’t sync with cat box. The box says it’s connected and i get notifications but when i got to my devices it shows no devices. I tried to reset the cat box but I can’t find how to make the device go into search for WiFi mode again.
I hate how I need to make an account to use a purchased product
I don’t want to make an account. I need to use this while offline as I’m in a remote area. This is useless. Now I have to return it. I hate how pet accessories is dominated by chinese products.

This never works
Honestly, I wish I could give 1 star. the app NEVER works. its always crashing. its always lagging. it made the product a waste of money. im very upset and this thing needs updates ASAP or something before i just buy a whole different brand camera. i cant check on anything with this piece of junk
