Good but playback doesn’t work

Overall a good camera/app but never can playback for some reason—always black and never loads.. Worked the first day but since then hasn’t.

I would’ve gave it 0 stars but i couldn’t. wouldn’t even let me register for an account. Returning asap.

Get something that works

I followed every instruction the app gave, and even searched YouTube for answers on the app and device. Nothing worked. Save your time and get a different product that actually works.

Can’t even get connected

Keeps saying I need to enable my location, but there is no option in my phone settings or app settings to turn this on.

Terrible app

It keeps telling me to enter a digit code that they never send. The email is correct. I’ve checked spam and every other folder. No wonder it was on sale. I had high hopes but this is crap from the get go :(

Hot mess.

This app is a disaster. The only reason for two stars is because it seems to function properly, in that it feeds my cat when I tell it to (most of the time). Other than that, it’s a joke. Nothing is accurate. Example: the tracker says my cat’s been fed 200g of food today, but it’s actually been 20g… and all tracking metrics are similarly incorrect by being off by a zero or two. Or, it says my cat has been fed nothing, when it has actually been working correctly and feeding on time. The app is riddled with typos, and overall nothing about it makes me confident that my cat is being fed and being fed the correct amount. I just don’t understand how all of these errors survive update after update.

[feature request] Multi-device log in capability

You should be able to login on multiple devices simultaneously to view a camera. It would be a very helpful feature for multi-person households. Besides that, the app works as intended.

Thank you for your input. The app allows you to share access with other users by adding them as users. To do this, the other users will need to download the app and complete the registration process. Once they are registered, the original user can share the device by clicking on the "share" icon. This will give the added users access to view the camera and any other associated features.
