This app is great

Not having to stop at the store on the way home for my cash 5 tickets has been so nice since I started using this app. I get my tickets sent to my email and check right after the draw for the winning numbers. Very cool app I’m excited to see what else it can do

Doesn’t work for me

After trying to get the app to work for days I’m just giving up. Can’t verify location and I’ve checked my network, tried using cellular service instead, enabled location on the app and my phone, and tried multiple cards.

Please keep in mind there are banking institutions, including Capital One, Wells Fargo, Santander and some other banks, which have low acceptance rates for our transactions. This has nothing to do with your card and/or balance, but is a function of the banking industry. Should this occur, we recommend you try a different card or contact your bank for more information.

The app worked for me!

But I’m also 95% sure the lottery is a scam and a tax on the poor and every number is calculated by governments so no one wins it. Just google McDonald’s monopoly game controversy. It’s a wild story. I play once a year anyway, because of that 5% and “Hey, you never know!” I’m also terrible at math so…

App is terrible

I won $100.00 and I withdrew it and still have not received it after 10 days. I have withdrawn money before but it was a smaller amount without any problems. As soon as it was a bigger amount nothing but a problem… they keep giving me the run around.. I checked on my bank end also .. be careful of this app

Wouldn’t take payment

Everytime I tried to put in a card, it would say unsuccessful. Tried with multiple cards and the same message. Not worth the hassle and ended up going to the store to purchase. Hope I don’t see credit card fraud in my transactions now.

Unsatisfied

I put all info in with location on and it tells me I CANT PURCHASE DUE TO NOT BEING ABLE TO LOCATE MY LOCATION. I’ll just go to the store and play! After trying three times.

Unable to determine location

Can’t determine location despite locations settings permitting it

Terrible website

They told me to change password but can’t find out how. Then when I try to contact them, I just get a message that says oops, something went wrong. Yes, I know something went wrong. I wasted my time on your website. No wonder it only has 3 stars.

Big win and no money?

I won a couple of times but it was only like $10-$20-$11 so far and maybe like a couple of hours later I will receive my money. But I recently won $1500 and 3 days has passed and still see no money in my account. Yeah of course they not going to give me that..ha ok…yeah I’m getting off this app.

Congratulations on your big win! When a player wins a large prize, (usually more than $600) your prize must be claimed with the state lottery. Please be sure to check your email as we contact all of our big winners with the next steps to receiving your winning ticket. Once we have confirmed your information with our customer success team we will mail the ticket to you along with detailed instructions on how to claim your prize! Do not use!

They have no customer service, they repeatedly charge your card for unauthorized amounts, they will not let you cancel!
