Lousy System - not a frequent user
I had an email sent with my user name. Then had to reset my password. Filled out all other information, but then they want an account number. I have no clue, but nowhere for it to send to me. And no real way to contact and speak with anyone.
Terrible design
I can’t enter my credit card information because you designed the app like a website. It won’t allow me to enter anything. I should have known everything about this state blows.

Your lady who returned my December 16 call was polite and friendly and especially professional. My credit card got hacked so I needed to put in a new number. She fixed it right away. Thanks for the excellent service. Dennis Cripps, Colorado.

App keeps crashing
App keeps crashing when trying to use the “Activity” option. Get it fixed!
Garbage app
I went through the toll over a month ago and it still hasn’t updated. I wanted to just pay when I was going through but that wasn’t an option. No customer service number, what a joke. I just want to pay and be done but they make it so difficult so they can fine you extra. Also the remember me box to stay signed in doesn’t work either. If I could give this app 0 stars, I would.

Multiple charges
The app keeps going back and charges the same amount saying avoid fees , make a payment and so and so… still making charges to my credit card without using the tollways

Takes advantage of latest technology. Way better than having to slow down wait and no worries about not having enough cash on hand.
