So bad - nothing was wrong with the old app
The app and website are so slow. Took 4 minutes to load my balances. Cannot use Zelle anymore. The whole thing is garbage. What a waste. Why fix something that wasnβt broken? The app itself looks like the old AOL screen. Outdated and slow.

We are currently making adjustments to some Tools based on feedback we have received, which might cause your Account Dashboard to not load properly and/or time out. If you have difficulty viewing your accounts, please wait a few minutes and try again. We have updated our Call Center hours over the weekend to provide support for members: Sunday 6/25 from 10 AM β 4 PM PT . Thank you for your message and for being a member of our Credit Union family.
