So bad - nothing was wrong with the old app

The Farmers Fig website told me to download the app and create a new username. I didn’t know my member number so opted to have the number texted to me. Never got the text and had to call.

The app and website are so slow. Took 4 minutes to load my balances. Cannot use Zelle anymore. The whole thing is garbage. What a waste. Why fix something that wasn’t broken? The app itself looks like the old AOL screen. Outdated and slow.

Bad Updgrade

This app was launched today. Less helpful than former app. No longer can see all accounts at once, must scroll through. Hopefully this is just a hiccup in the initial launch and will be fixed soon via updates. If not, very disappointing upgrade from FIGFCU.

Login system seems to be down more than up on day 1. Been down this road.

Hello, sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. We are currently making adjustments to some Tools based on feedback we have received, which might cause your Account Dashboard to not load properly and/or time out. If you have difficulty viewing your accounts, please wait a few minutes and try again. We have updated our Call Center hours over the weekend to provide support for members: Sunday 6/25 from 10 AM – 4 PM PT . Thank you for your message and for being a member of our Credit Union family.

The new platform is so bad, been on the phone an hour and still cannot get in the system been on the phone with you who are supposed to know what you’re doing but obviously no nothing

Hate it

This app is extremely slow and buffers for a long time. It’s not user friendly at all. At first I couldn’t even log in. It completely disabled all my account access making the switch to where I had to spend two hours on the phone with customer service and escalate to a manager. I had to send in a written letter to even access my funds. I am so upset about this I am going to close my account for good. Thanks for ruining my day.
