Next, click the Security Settings, click the Face ID Toggle button, and enter your password to validate activation. This will enable Face ID.   • Annoying.

    I don’t have an issue with the app itself layout/working wise but I haven’t been able to get into my account since Thursday. I need to pay bills and see me account. I keep having to call services and be on hold for 30 min-hour to get the amount in my checking. Very annoying

  • Worst banking app ever

    This is a total downgrade from the old Farmers app. Highly disappointed and thinking about switching banks.

  • Poorly Designed

    Just because this app is “prettier” doesn’t mean it’s better. The old app was much more intuitive. Tulee has awkward user flows, and trying to navigate the app is like playing “where’s Waldo”. I hate it. It’s so bad I’m considering switching banks just to avoid this app.

  • Terrible user experience

    - Can only see the balance of one account at a time. C’mon. Whoever made that decision…what the heck were you thinking? No, I don’t need to see a bunch of useless icons that I will never, or rarely use. The programmers can easily make the Services section smaller and the balance section bigger. Yes, I see that I can pull the divider down so I can make that section bigger, but then all the buttons disappear. Now I have to click the X to get back to the Remote Deposit or Payments. You can easily make it so everything is available immediately upon opening. Not sure why Date Opened is so important, but you can put that to the side so everything could be from left to right and save space.
    - Still can’t use my iPad because it only works on portrait mode. I understand it may cost a little more because programmers probably have to do a little more, but you’re essentially telling those with disabilities that you don’t care.

  • New app why

    The old app worked and clearly showed what you wanted. New app the UI is clunky slow and is waste of space. Difficult multi-step process to see your balance’s.

  • Nice Revision

    It feels easier to navigate and looks more polished than the last portal. I don't quite understand the little-tulee-logo-ghost-glasses guy, but he's cute so I'll take it.

  • So bad - nothing was wrong with the old app

    The Farmers Fig website told me to download the app and create a new username. I didn’t know my member number so opted to have the number texted to me. Never got the text and had to call.

    The app and website are so slow. Took 4 minutes to load my balances. Cannot use Zelle anymore. The whole thing is garbage. What a waste. Why fix something that wasn’t broken? The app itself looks like the old AOL screen. Outdated and slow.
