Hi. We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience. Sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. Good news, Tulee has Face ID capabilities right now! Simply login and click on the window in the far upper right, click Security Settings and toggle on the Face ID option.

This is stupid
Doesnโt work - nobody cares
I used to Zelle money to my account but am now lost in the Tulee. My account is now negative and nobody from Tulee wants to help fix the Zelle problem. They just say โsorry.โ
Tulee should solve a problem not create one.

Our Send Money Tool allows you to move money to anyone, anywhere in the U.S with just an email or mobile number. They do not have to belong to a specific network (unlike Zelle, Venmo, etc.) If you are experiencing any issues, please DM on Facebook or Instagram.
