    Really really really wish I could see all of my business and personal accounts under one sign-on and easily transfer funds between business and personal accounts.

  • Login in is painful

    My sincere complaint is the login. Was told I could not do a password reset and had to do a forgot my password to login. I used the old pw and it worked. Just conflicting information. Otherwise the app is pretty decent. I miss my facial recognition for the pw!

    Hi. We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience. Sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. Good news, Tulee has Face ID capabilities right now! Simply login and click on the window in the far upper right, click Security Settings and toggle on the Face ID option.
  • New Tools?

    This app is awful and your response is there are more tools coming. The only thing coming should be to listen to your client/customer base. Instead you will spend the next 3 years making more terrible changes and will lose tons of accounts in the process.

    I hate when companies can’t admit they were wrong and instead continue to alienate its core. Goodluck, I am closing my accounts

  • This is stupid

    Cant transfer from account to another account under the same membership
  • Doesn’t work - nobody cares

    Farmers chose to pull a switcheroo and it’s messed me up.

    I used to Zelle money to my account but am now lost in the Tulee. My account is now negative and nobody from Tulee wants to help fix the Zelle problem. They just say “sorry.”

    Tulee should solve a problem not create one.

  • Awful

    Changing banks will be a huge inconvenience but compared with dealing with this new Tulee thing that’s terrible, 2 of my billl payments not getting there on time (even though there was over a week I gave before they were due) and no Zelle, I’m done. Something about this doesn’t feel right to me.

  • New app - just getting worse

    The old app worked and clearly showed what you wanted. New app the UI is clunky slow and is waste of space. Difficult multi-step process to see your balance’s. Update ** bill pay is broken - Since Tulee I have stopped getting bills . So now I get late fees. Been a member since 1989. I hate changing banks

  • Not user friendly, no Zelle

    This app is confusing, and not to mention that no more Zelle available. I will have to look for different bank to put money in.

  • This app may make us switch banks

    I'm not sure if it's just growing pains or if this is just a terrible app. Super inconvenient to not be able to receive money like Zelle, you can't see the name of the vendor for pending items, and no longer able to seamlessly download transactions using Quicken. We love FCU but this transition is making it so hard to bank.

  • Can’t use it in Landscape View

    I use an iPad in landscape, but I have to switch it to portrait in order to use it. Very frustrating!!! Did they only create it to use on cell phones? I also dislike having to scroll so much.
