I will be closing my accounts. I understand growth and technology but this is a huge step backwards. I’ve already closed 3 accounts with the test to follow after the Holiday.
This app has made it so difficult to bank with Farmers credit union. I may need to leave and find another bank. The fact that I can’t make a payment on my credit card easily or view all my accounts on the same page. Transfer money between my personal business accounts without having a limit. Also we need zelle back. There are so many things wrong that can’t be overlooked. Can we just go back to the old version.

Viewing all accounts in one glance is gone! Replaced with a multi step process that includes scrolling.
I usually enjoy new ideas but this has been a frustrating flop so far!
Hope the app gets updated, leveraging some of the better features in the former app and reading the MANY bad reviews from the launch.
Was the app even tested before rollout? On- going issues. Since Zelle was taken away, the Send Money feature does not work! Screen doesn’t load. Chat and call wait time is 43 mins min!!! This app has truly caused frustration with the simplest of tasks. Creating more work for your customers. Makes one wonder, did anyone even test the app before launch?!?!?!?!

The app will only allow Face ID for one account. The secondary account doesn’t see the primary account.

This banking app is confusing and not user friendly at all. I had no issues with the old Farmers App and preferred it. Irritated that my LLC acct is separate now from personal and I have to have two logins.
This app is horrible. The account info doesn’t show a snapshot on one screen. I have to scroll through and I have 6 accounts. I feel as though I am looking at something a child would like, not an adult. Super disappointed.

My daughters account(s) mistakenly are linked to my account.
Not able to see that I made a credit card payment I set up for next day.
I like to see all of my accounts at one glance like the last app, instead of having to open them all separately.
