I signed up and was charged 500 dollars. I requested a refund because they never could tell me what the amount was for. They refunded 200 and deactivated my account so I am unable to speak to anyone through the app. I called and they cannot find my account.skenni00

No help
After consultation no one returns my call no one returns my emails. No one writes me back it’s going nowhere it’s been a month. I’m been trying to get a weight loss shot. Turned in all my labs wasted money on that. Paid to get on the site and nothing. Nothing happens. No one answers can’t get a hold of anyone, I’ve called wrote over and over and nothing. Bitterly disappointed
I have had several appointments, went for labs and only found out today I am in California and can’t get the compounded medication. I will have to pay 1000 dollars a month for the medication. Why was I not informed of this at the start?? This is a real let-down and I am extremely disappointedGilly Saaijman
Rip off
This app is a rip off. Almost $600 & they couldn’t answer a simple question i asked about what they were prescribing me: semiglutide acetate or semiglutide sodium? Also, said they checked with my insurance but I called insurer & they never submitted a prescription request. Racket. Unprofessional. Incommunicative. Caveat emptor!Show lessjwcnyc

It was easy to set up an appointment. Medical assistant called me about 45 minutes prior to the visit for check in and troubleshooting, which was very helpful. The app is intuitive and easy to navigate. The doctor was on time, professional and helpful. Great service!user342517$$

I’ve been using this telehealth app for the past 2 months and have been impressed with the service and convenience of the app. As a busy professional, finding time on your calendar to get to an in-person appointment is challenging.
