Nope. Rude, unhelpful staff.
My NP was helpful, however, my card was charged for a RX that did not arrive. The staff answering messages were no help. When I reached out to inquire about it, all I got were canned responses. After 3 weeks, still no RX! I finally asked for a refund on my Rx. Someone finally read my message when I mentioned refund. No one got back to me, however, my refund arrived several days later. To top it off, my account was deactivated. If you must use this company-call if you need anything. The people answering the app messages barely read them, let alone address the issue. This was a big waste of money and time.Show lessgross and late

Nobody qualifies for Ozempic! They’ll tell you that it takes 7 to 10 days while they check with your insurance, but nobody’s insurance covers Ozempic. So they’ll charge you 193.50 for absolutely nothing. Do not waste your time and moneyscaaaaaaaaaammmmmm

I never write negative reviews, but I canceled my membership a long time ago, but my account never got deleted and am still getting billed monthly. This is beyond an inconvenience and it’s incredible companies are allowed to scam like this.beigzyyy
