STAY AWAY! I FEEL SCAMMED
Doctor never sent my prescription in. This caused my to miss additional work. They’re dumb mistake cost me at least a days pay. I should have never trusted an app like this for something as serious as my health.
I asked for my money back so I can afford to go to a real, live doctor and was told they have a no refunds policy. Well now I don’t know what I’m supposed to do.
Don’t get scammed the way I did. Seriously, worst app mistake I’ve ever made.
Why risk getting ripped off? I was trying to save some money and using this app did nothing but cost me way more than if I just went to a walk in clinic .

Awesome doctor and service, app needs work
The doctor with whom I was paired is awesome (Dr. Moduthagam). Very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. Love the service model because I never struggle getting appointments and I don’t have to travel to a doctor’s office. $50 out of pocket for a practically on-call, dedicated doctor is, in my opinion, a good value.
I’ve also chatted with the support team. Very responsive and helpful. Really well done.
My only complaints are related to the app itself. The messaging feature is very buggy. Sometimes messages don’t send. Also messages get out of order chronologically which makes it difficult following past conversations. I’d also like to be able to view which plan I’ve subscribed to in the app and change it, if possible. Once app improves, definite 5-star review.Show lessKevinLemonade
I love my doctor!
I used to avoid my old doctor because it felt so…formal, but then I heard about LifeMD and I have never been healthier. My labs are improving, I’ve lost 8 pounds, and I message my doctor all the time. I wish I would have joined sooner!Paul Alni
Easy to use
Booked an appointment with a doctor and we talked. Was able to get my questions answered. The doctor was very helpful.Ohyeah92$
Doctor didn’t show up and platform didn’t work.
The platform doesn’t really work. I showed up early to my appointment and was charged the full amount despite the doctor not showing up. Additionally, it was imposible to talk to a human to actually get a reimbursement.
Try teladoc instead. Always had a good experience with them!Luisa2694
