Way easier using the Ap, than the website. You can pay rent, make work orders. Check on the status of work orders etc. Very convenient!

Haven’t had any issues with this app, pretty easy to use and not glitchy.
Easy Peasy
The app is really easy to use! The only update I really don’t care for is the maintenance request portion. They made it a little difficult but other than that it’s great. Never ever really had an issue with the VB Team, they’ve always been great as well.
Not so keen on very dark background
The Vinebrook app is easy to navigate, yet overall it could be improved if the background was lighter and contrast was less harsh

Makes paying my monthly rent a breeze. I definitely prefer the ease of using an app to pay every month than going through the process and many steps when using the desktop version.
