Disappointing Tenant
Right now, I’m extremely disappointed with this company. Tenants pay waaaaayyyyy toooo much money to not receive a professional call back. The system now seems really greedy and incompetent. Someone is getting paid to do nothing. So my review is you guys need to work on being more professional if you are going to charge tenants house payments and car payments put together for a home. At least be more consistent with your tenants who pay you on time and cause you no trouble. And I would never refer anyone to use your company, because your WHOLE company lack professionalism which is extremely sad. Have a blessed year people!

Since transitioning to VineBrook homes the maintenance department has been quick and effective. Every maintenance request had been resolved quickly and we are so grateful for everything thing that you have done thus far.
