BrainTap is awesome!!
By far the best app out there for relaxation, not to mention changing your lifestyle. I love listening right before bed to help me relax and sleep.
Loving the new app!
BrainTap is my favorite biohack in the world! I don’t know where I would be without this device. I’ve used it almost every day for 4 years!
Disappointed
The app promised access to more advanced meditations with the full bundle. All of the meditations are beginners level. Reached out to customer service- crickets! Wouldn’t suggest Brain Tap the to my fam and friends. Support is not there yet.
Horrible customer service, being charged without a functioning app
I initially downloaded a free trial for this app to try it out. The app itself wouldn’t let me login after creating an account. I reached out to the help department - nothing for over a week. Tried again 2 more times nothing. Then the app was replaced with a new app and I began seeing charges for a subscription on my CC. Having never even used it and not being able to cancel my subscription via my Apple account. Totally useless and even worse service.

Can’t load on my device
I have been listening at night on an iPod I have by my bed. This version requires a newer OS than I can’t get on it. Now I can’t listen. I’ve paid for an entire year in December and can’t even use it. They should have left the old app usable for people who don’t upgrade phones every year. I loved having it there when I would wake up anxious during the night. So so disappointing!

What a complete cluster!
What were you all thinking? This clunky "new app" must have been a brainchild of someone who doesn't use the app or headset, as this is a complete cluster.
The UX, the search, the navigation, the entire app are a total disaster! I would think for the amount of money you charge for the library & headset; you'd invest in proper UX design.

Unbelievably difficult
Getting this app installed on a fire tablet which is what was recommended to me when I first bought the BrainTap is close to impossible. The help they provide is sending you this very complicated instruction list which I still can’t get to work. The app itself is way too complex, the pictures don’t match the session themes and your downloads don’t carry over. Really a nightmare.

New apis glitchy
I like where they’re going with the new app layout but most of the time the sessions won’t play. I have to open and close the app several times to make it work. Hopefully that’ll get worked out soon. Missing the consistency of the previous app but have hope for this new one.
New app is completely broken
Even though the previous app had some issues, at least, it was easy to navigate and get done when I came to do. Now I spend more time wrestling with the app than I do, relaxing, and it has caused me to decrease my use of the app and their headset significantly. I'm thinking about canceling my service because of the poor implementation of the "updated app". I have recommended this service to many people and now I regret having ever recommended it as many of them have come back to me asking me why the app update is so horrible for a paid service.

Moving in the right direction
The new app is much easier to use and I like how it keeps track of which ones you used. As with any updated app, I am looking forward to using the programs from the older version with this one as they start upgrading them to be compatible with the new app.
